Focus: Youth Striking | Muay Thai Development
Cindy is an American-style kickboxer and emerging Muay Thai athlete who brings a disciplined, technical, and motivating presence to the Honey Badger team. With over five years of striking experience and a growing foundation in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, she is currently preparing for her first sanctioned fights in Muay Thai under the guidance of Head Coach Sean LaBute.
Cindy previously served as a lead coach in the HTA women’s program, where she became known for her ability to break down striking mechanics, build confidence in new students, and create a welcoming but challenging training environment. She also worked closely with youth classes, helping instill structure and fundamentals in young athletes.
Her background combines American-style kickboxing with Muay Thai techniques refined under top-level coaches and champions from around the world.
